Condo Cleveland Downtown Loft - Lake Views w/Private Rooftop!

Property is exactly as described and pictured. Check-in/Check-out instructions were clearly detailed. Although we didn’t have any questions or concerns once we Checked-in, it seems as though there is a property manager that lives in another apartment if you need her. Building is safe and secure and can only be accessed with the provided key fob and the apartment door has a quality keypad deadbolt. Communication was a little different as a message sent through Vrbo went unanswered but emails were always answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jonathan and Ann!!!

We had an issue upon arrival but Ann handled quickly, professionally and completely with excellent follow up. The condo has great proximity to the Rock HoF, the Flats and just about anything else you want to do in downtown Cleveland. If I were to make one suggestion, replace the cushions on the rooftop deck and buy covers that the guests can remove - we loved using the deck in the evenings but you can tell the weather is taking a toll on the deck furniture.

The condo was quite clean. The step by step message for checking in was spot on. Everything I needed was there. Where to take the trash was very convenient. And (ta da!) the rooftop. Spectacular! Will certainly try to make this a yearly trip. Parking was no problem. And there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife in the area. In walking distance. Love this place.

A truly unique property — we really enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, loads of charm, great view!

Amazing location! Rooftop was an added bonus! Great views of the lake and stadium. Walked everywhere-downtown, the flats, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! Condo was a bit of a maze with elevators and exits. Not a fan of windowless bedrooms but otherwise excellent choice. Would stay there again!
